In the following privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website. We collect and process personal data only in accordance with legal regulations (General Data Protection Regulation, Telecommunications Act 2003).

If you contact us by email, the data you provide will be stored for six months to process your inquiry or in case of further follow-up questions. Your submitted data will not be shared without your consent.
Data Storage
To facilitate the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP address of the subscriber in cookies, as well as their name, address, payment information, and credit card.

The data you provide is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract and for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. A contract cannot be concluded without this data. The collected data will not be transferred to third parties, except for the transfer of payment data (credit card data) to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company (transport company) commissioned by us to deliver the goods, and to our tax advisor to fulfil our tax obligations.
If you cancel the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the tax retention period (7 years). The submitted name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date will also be stored until the expiration of the product liability period (10 years). Data processing is based on the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
