Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, LUSIS e.U., of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by mail, phone (+43 677 62865658) or e-mail (office@lusis.shop). You can use the sample cancellation form on this webpage, although this is not mandatory.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive such statement. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returning Goods

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
