These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all sales of goods made through the online store www.lusis.shop. The shop is operated by LUSIS e.U. ("we", "our", "us"), with its registered office at Staudacher Str. 34, 4064 Oftering, Austria. By placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms.

2. Conclusion of the Contract

The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to treat. By submitting an order via the website, the customer makes an offer to purchase the selected goods. The contract is concluded only when we send an order confirmation email or ship the goods, whichever occurs first.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices listed in our online shop are in Euro (€) and include the statutory VAT (Value Added Tax) applicable in Austria, unless stated otherwise. Additional shipping costs may apply and will be clearly indicated at the checkout.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We offer delivery within the European Union as specified on our website. The estimated delivery time is displayed during the checkout process and may vary depending on your location and the availability of the goods. Otherwise, delivery will take place within 30 days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery address and the weight/volume of the goods. If there are any delays in delivery, we will inform you promptly.

6. Warranty and Liability

We provide a legal warranty for defects in accordance with Austrian consumer protection laws. In case of a defect, you are entitled to request a repair, replacement, or, if necessary, a refund.

If the goods are found to be defective, please contact us immediately via email (office@lusis.shop). Please keep the original receipt or order confirmation to process warranty claims.

Our liability for damages is limited to intent or gross negligence. In cases of injury to life, body, or health, or in the case of mandatory liability under Austrian law, we are fully liable.
